Your designer works alongside our construction team during design, visits the site during the build, and stays in close coordination with your project manager through completion. Our dedicated construction manager provides craftsmanship oversight throughout. The result is a process where design intent and construction quality move together rather than in sequence.

Whether you own land or are starting from scratch, we help you find and evaluate the right site. Our principal designer and construction manager assess a lot together, so you get both the design perspective and the build reality in the same conversation.
Your designer develops the full concept with you: floor plan, architectural direction, material palette, and interior design. Because she works alongside our construction team from the start, every decision is made with a clear understanding of how it will be built.
Before a permit is pulled, every detail is decided: finishes, fixtures, materials, timeline, and budget. Your designer leads the selections process, ensuring every choice works together and aligns with the design intent from the start.
A dedicated project manager takes the lead on day-to-day construction. Your designer stays actively involved, visiting the site regularly and coordinating with the project manager on any decision that touches the design. Our construction manager provides craftsmanship oversight throughout, ensuring the quality of the work meets the standard of what was designed.
Your designer and project manager walk through the finished home with you together. We review every detail against the original design before calling the project complete. Once you are in, our team remains available for follow-up and any support you need.
